The Bones Are Coming Together

At this very moment, God's Spirit is moving and bringing the entire Church into unity. God's ultimate purpose is to bring about the greatest revival and harvest of mankind that the world has ever seen. He is speaking right now to the dry bones of His church and commanding them to come together!
The Body Of Christ
When we are saved, we become part of the body of Christ, or the Church. Just like the human body, the Church is made up of many parts that must work
together. Just as the brain guides every activity of the human body, the mind of Christ must lead the Church. The Holy Spirit can be compared to the nervous system of the human body that delivers instructions to every part. It is the Spirit that will bring the body of Christ into unity to accomplish God's will in these last days.
We are on the verge of the greatest gathering together in the history of the world
Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. There is one body and one Spirit-- just as you were called to one hope when you were called-- one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.
Ephesians 4:3-6 NIV
God wants the entire body of Christ to be in unity in the Spirit through the bond of peace. Peace literally means "wholeness" in every area of our lives. Jesus said, following His resurrection, "Peace I leave with you; My peace I give you." (John 14:27) It is the peace of God that will bond together the entire body of Christ through the Holy Spirit.
The Body Of Christ Out Of Joint
As Jesus was being crucified on the cross, every bone in His body was pulled out of joint. As a result, every muscle, ligament, and tendon was torn as He struggled to lift His body up to breathe. In Psalm 22, we can read about the intense pain He experienced...
I am poured out like water, and all My bones are out of joint . My heart has turned to wax; it has melted away within Me. My strength is dried up like a potsherd, and My tongue sticks to the roof of My mouth; you lay Me in the dust of death. Dogs have surrounded Me; a band of evil men has encircled Me, they have pierced My hands and My feet.
I can count all My bones ; people stare and gloat over Me. They divide My garments among them and cast lots for My clothing. But you, O LORD, be not far off; O My Strength, come quickly to help Me.
Psalms 22:14-19 NIV
In the same way that Jesus' bones were out of joint while He was on the cross, the Church has also been "out of joint". Man has created denominations and doctrines that have caused believers to become "disjointed" from the rest of the body. As a result, too many believers have become like dry bones...but God has a perfect plan.
The Spirit Of God Is Calling The Bones Together
We are in a time that God is calling out to the bones in the body of Christ to come back together. On the third day, Jesus arose from the dead and every bone in His body was back in joint. Just as the resurrection brought the bones in Jesus' body back together, the same is going to happen in the Church before His return. Jesus is coming back for a glorious church.
We see a perfect illustration of how God is going to raise up this glorious end-time church in the book of Ezekiel. Ezekiel was carried to a valley full of dead dry bones and God told Him to...
"Prophesy to these bones and say to them, `Dry bones, hear the word of the LORD! This is what the Sovereign LORD says to these bones: I will make breath enter you, and you will come to life. I will attach tendons to you and make flesh come upon you and cover you with skin; I will put breath in you, and you will come to life. Then you will know that I am the LORD.'"
Ezekiel 37: 4-6 NIV
God is going to blow on the dry bones of the Church, and He is going to make the "breath" of the Holy Spirit enter them so that they will come to life! As Ezekiel prophesied...
...there was a noise, a rattling sound, and the bones came together, bone to bone. I looked, and tendons and flesh appeared on them and skin covered them...breath entered them; they came to life and stood up on their feet--a vast army.
Ezekiel 37: 7-10 NIV
God is raising up an immense army of believers to carry the gospel to the world before the return of Jesus. God is right now prophesying to the dry bones of the Church, and they are going to come alive! It doesn't matter how impossible it may seem to the natural eye. God said it, and He will do it! Nothing is impossible with God!
Unity In The Faith
The Church will come together in a way unlike any other time in history to reap in the greatest harvest of souls ever known. We are going to see denominational barriers destroyed as the body of Christ becomes united in one purpose.
If you have any encouragement from being united with Christ, if any comfort from His love, if any fellowship with the Spirit, if any tenderness and compassion, then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in Spirit and purpose.
Philippians 2:1-2 NIV
The only way that the Body of Christ can be united in one purpose is to be united in one Spirit. God wants every believer to be totally yielded to the Holy Spirit so that the commission to carry the good news of Jesus to the world will be accomplished! As we completely yield to the Holy Spirit, we will begin to be "like-minded" with a tremendous passion to bring in the lost and to show forth the love of Christ!
We are on the verge of the greatest gathering together in the history of the world. The joints in the body of Christ are coming together and will form the most awesome army that the world has ever seen! This unparalleled army of God, led by the Holy Spirit, with Jesus as its Supreme Commander, will bring in the unprecedented, end-time global harvest. Then, Jesus will return triumphantly to receive His glorious church. þ
